The 4" offset adjustable drag link is the steering linkage rod that connects to the pitman arm at its upper end, and the steering arm at its lower end. Superlift's drag link body, made of heavy wall DOM tubing, is shaped to decrease link angle and restore proper drag link end stud orientation. The ends are adjustable to allow equalized left/right turning radius and steering wheel "centering."
I raised my V2500 truck 8" in the front, I used a 4 inch raised steering arm and this thing. My steering still has some slack in it but not back for a jacked up truck without an cross over bar.
