2001 - 2008 Chevy/GMC 3/4-ton Avalanche 2WD

Select a lift height for more information...

Overview

GM’s newest version of their Independent Front Suspension consists of coilover struts, upper / lower control arms and a differential with Constant Velocity front axle shafts. Both 2WD and 4WD lift systems are basically the same; our 6” 4WD lift includes additional hardware for front differential relocation.

Both pickups and SUVs have a 2½ to 2.5½ “front low” rake from the factory. Our 1.25½ to 2.5½ front lifts allow you to level-off your vehicle or lessen its front-low stance. If you
wish to also lift the rear, pickup owners can use our optional  rear block kit (1.5½ or 2½ lift), or 1½ add-a-leafs; SUV owners can opt for rear coil spacers that give .75½ of lift.

Note: General Motors vehicles with Independent Front Suspension, manufactured from 1988-to-present, have relatively light-duty ball joints and steering linkage. We do not recommend using tires larger than 37" in diameter.
