Superlift's $500 Super Duty Satisfaction Guarantee

A customer not satisfied with any 4" through 10" Superlift lift system for a 1999-2008 model Ford Super Duty pickup purchased during the promotion period, may return the system to their Superlift dealer for credit and Superlift will send the customer $500 for their inconvenience; subject to:

  • The dealer(s) participation and return policies
  • The promotion starts June 1, 2008 and ends Midnight December 31, 2008.

An unsatisfied customer must follow these steps:

  • Contact the dealer they purchased the lift system from, and provide a written narrative (in e-mail form) detailing the problem. Include your daytime contact information / phone numbers.
  • Allow the dealer and Superlift a legitimate opportunity to address any issues directly associated with the product's performance. If the lift system was not installed by the dealer who sold you the product, the selling dealer in not responsible for improper installation issues.
  • If the dealer and Superlift are ultimately unable to make you a "happy camper", and product removal is still desired, the dealer will refund the customer's purchase price only. The cost associated with removal of the system, freight charges (to and from the dealer and Superlift), loss of time and / or vehicle use will not be reimbursed as normal product return policies and procedures apply.
  • The dealer will then supply Superlift:
    1. A copy of your original Invoice showing proof of purchase
    2. Credit invoice showing proof of return
    3. Customer's mailing address
  • Superlift will mail the customer their $500.00 "Sorry for the trouble" directly to the customer within 60 days of receipt.
